• The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included in the package.
• Products that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
