You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Beautivana offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items should be unused and in the same condition received, in their original packaging where possible. Please contact us at brandy@beautivana.com to initiate a return.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. If you'd like a different size, shade, or product, reach out to us and we'll walk you through the process.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange:

We'll confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for sending your item back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a standard business timeframe.
