Where We Ship
Beautivana currently ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability, delivery times, and available services will be displayed at checkout based on the shipping address entered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time & Rates
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are typically 1-5 business days within the United States, 7–14 business days for Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and 10–20 business days for other eligible international destinations. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside Beautivana’s control.
Free standard U.S. shipping is automatically applied at checkout on every order, with no minimum purchase required. International shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and available carrier options.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Beautivana.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated if there's a significant delay with your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
