Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to ask for a return.

What We Accept

We accept returns for defective items and for items you simply changed your mind about. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging where possible

  • Rule for opened skincare, fragrance and devices, "sealed and unopened" or "opened items accepted only if defective"

Please have your order number ready.

What We Cannot Accept

List items that cannot be returned,  final sale items, gift cards, or opened items for hygiene reasons. 

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within  7 to 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or refund you. We pay the return shipping in these cases.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size, shade or product when it is available. Email us and we will guide you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email brandy@beautivana.com or call (571) 733-7685.

  2. Send your order number, the item and the reason for the return.

  3. We confirm your return and send instructions within  1 to 2 business days.

  4. Pack the item safely and ship it back.

  5. Keep your tracking number until your refund arrives.

Return Shipping Cost

You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. 

Return Address

 Do not ship returns until we confirm the address by email.

Refunds

When we receive your return, we check it and email you the result. If approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can take extra days to show it.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Late or Missing Refund

First check your bank or card account. Then call your card company. If you still do not see it after 10 business days from approval, contact us.

Skin Reactions

If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and contact us. Always do a patch test before first use. See a doctor for medical concerns.
