You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in the same condition that you received them, in their original packaging where possible.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. If you'd like a different size, shade, or product, reach out to us and we'll walk you through the process.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
