Processing Time
We process orders in 1 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including U.S. holidays.
Order Cut-off time: 3 PM EST
Orders placed after 3 PM EST, on weekends or on holidays start processing the next business day.

Your total time is processing time plus delivery time. Example: with 1 to 3 days processing and 1 to 5 days delivery, most orders arrive in 2 to 8 business days.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. You see the full total before you pay. We do not add hidden fees.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take up to 24 to 48 hours to show.
Shipping Delays
Delays can happen because of weather, carrier problems or high order volume. If we cannot ship your order within the time we told you, we will email you. You can wait for the new ship date or cancel the order for a full refund.
Damaged, Lost or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged, shows as delivered but did not arrive, or has the wrong item, email us within 7 to 14 days of the delivery date. Send your order number and photos if the item is damaged. We will replace the item or refund you.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel an order before it ships. Email us within [FILL: number] hours of placing it. We cannot change an order after it ships.
Multiple Items
Items in one order can ship in separate packages. You get tracking for each package.
